(Insert here link to redirect peple to the packages page ) Choose your Photos Choose your photographs carefully, try to choose ones that are in focus, clean and have little to no damage. Keeping in mind that poor quality photos can alter the outcome of the photo dvd slide show. Scanning your Photos If you are scanning your own photos, please scan your images at 300 dpi (dots per inch) and if they are older or small photos please scan them at 600 dpi. Save this images as TIFF instead of JPEGs, TIFF is a looss-less format where all colors and details will be preserved. If Shock Events will scan your photos, you may purchase your scanner photos CD at an additional cost. Arrange your Photos & Video Clips Number your photographs in the order in which you would like the photos to appear.. Place a number on a small sticker in the back of each picture (such as Avery Label #05799-Round Dots) then place the sticker on the bottom right corner of the picture. You can use a ball-point pen or other smudge proof pen that is easy to read, colored stickers are fine if your numbers are clear. Please do not label the photographs on the front of your photos as the glue could damage your photos. Digital Photos may be submitted by CD or DVD, Please make sure you label this in the order they will be shown. If you have any video clips that you would like to add, label this as well Each photo and video clips should have a unique number. Do not start each group over again with the number one. All video clips must be submitted digitalized ora n additional charge will be applied. Choose your Music You may send in your own music on CD, original CD's are fine, burned or MP3 are accepted. Shock Events adheres to the Music and Publishing Copyright laws. If you would like to use a song from a CD that you have purchased, you must mail in the original CD. Shock Events will return the original CD with your photos and your new Photo DVD Slideshow. We do not copy the song for further use. If you do not own the song(s) that you wish to use on your video, Shock Events will purchase it on iTunes on your behalf. When we send you the final copy of your Photo DVD Slideshow, we will send you a receipt from iTunes of your purchase. This by law, is considered fair use of the music and there will be no copyright problems. In case there is any questioning about your copyright privileges in regards to the music, you will have proof of purchase. If we must purchase the songs on your behalf, please provide us with the song title and the artist names. Shock Events will purchase the total number of songs per copies of the photo dvd slideshow. Shock Events will delete the songs after your photo dvd slideshow has been created. Your music will be returned to you with your pictures. Please make sure to plan enough music for your entire collage. Add additional features to your package Shock Events offers a great variety of additional features to give personality to your video. Packaging your materials When sending your materials, please pack all of your materials very carefully. Place your original photos in a zip lock bag. Payments Shock Events accepts all forms of payments. Cash, money orders, checks, and credit cards. If paying with credit card please download and print the credit card authorization form and mail together with your Project. Payment schedule will be as followed. $50.00 deposit is due upon booking the job. 50% of remaining balance is due upon first DVD review Remaining balance will be due after you have given your final okay and no further changes are needed.
